“Open Doors” (Free) tutoring service welcomes students, K thru 6, into the St. Therese of Lisieux Parish environment every Monday and Wednesday from 4 - 6 pm to help children improve their reading and math skills, do homework.  At the same time, “Open Doors” will introduce families to the kind and loving community of St. Therese Parish, a people filled with compassion and a sense of justice, a people who are open and encouraging, and a people eager to share the love of Jesus Christ.

Open Doors Tutoring Center welcomes any K thru 6 grade student from anywhere.  We look for input from the student's teachers and we work with the parents to make the student and parent experience here the most valuable we can.

After you register, we will call you to arrange a time to orient you and your student to Open Doors and evaluate your student for their specific learning needs.  At this meeting, you will also be asked to reserve your student's first tutoring session. 

Your student will be given one 45-minute period per day with one tutor.  Your student will enjoy one-on-one  attention. 

NOTE: IF THE LANSING SCHOOL DISTRICT CLOSES FOR SNOW AND/OR ICE, OPEN DOORS TUTORING WILL ALSO CLOSE.
